Right now, we’re in full planning and organization mode. I finally hired an email marketer to put in some work behind the scenes, and I’m moodboarding for our next photoshoot so when shoot day comes, we’re ready to go.

I’m also counting all of our unfilled gloss tubes so I know exactly what I have on hand, when I need to restock, and when it’s time to place another order with my vendor.

All of this is happening while I’m planning for future launches and figuring out what needs to happen now to make those launches run smoother later.

It’s the planning, the spreadsheets, the inventory, the emails, the creative direction, the little details… and all the other behind the scenes work that keeps Mecca Cosmetix moving.

Building a beauty brand is definitely not easy, but it’s always worth it when I see y’all loving the products. And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way 💕
