Full Recipe 🍋

Ingredients:
1lb Little Neck Clams
4 garlic cloves
6 tbsp butter
Dry Chili flakes to taste(depending on how spicy you like it)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Pasta of your choice
1 bunch of Italian Parsley chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Sauté the garlic and chili flakes in 3 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp Olive Oil.
Add White Wine and cook down
Add Clams and cover. Cook over medium/high heat for 5-10mins, or until clams start opening fully.
Boil Pasta in a separate pot.
Remove all of the open clams into a separate bowl.
Remove meat from majority of clams. Leave about 6-10 clams per person in the shell.
Chop up clam meat that has been removed and add back to the sauce pan.
Add boiled pasta to sauce pan and stir
Add 2 tbsp pasta water
Add remaining butter, lemon juice, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Plate pasta and add unshelled clams to pasta!

8 months! Holy moly! I can’t believe it really

Had the best Valentine’s Day with my boys today! We went and tried a new bakery,🥯 shopping for house renovations, 🔑 watched movies 🍿, ordered crumbl 🍪, picked out paint samples, and ordered sushi 🍣 for dinner! I love y’all so much!
