So excited for this space! The guys at The Grove Recording Studio are clearing out all the microphones, wires, and gear to make room for YOU! Say goodbye to the drum set and hello to big rugs, yoga mats, and fuzzy blankets. My musician friends are going to love this! More information on June’s Group Sound Bath is coming….

So dreamy. I am in the process of researching pretty pools for this summer’s floating sound meditation sessions!! Who wants to float with me?!

The mats, blankets, and bolsters were already set up for me. I feel so welcomed. Loving this set up. Also, I’m getting so fast and my unloading and setting-up! Less than 30 min is a record, with stairs!
