Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This process triggers the body's natural healing response, boosting collagen and elastin production to smooth out wrinkles, reduce acne scars, and improve overall texture.

✨The Process: A licensed provider uses a device (often a motorized, pen-like tool) to repeatedly puncture the top layers of the skin with tiny needles.

✨ The Healing: These micro-injuries stimulate dermal remodeling. As your skin heals, it ramps up the production of structural proteins (collagen and elastin), resulting in firmer, smoother skin.

✨ Product Absorption: The micro-channels created by the needles allow active skincare ingredients (like hyaluronic acid or serums) to pe*****te much deeper into the skin.

☀️☀️☀️Do you wear sunscreen? It’s not optional. Here’s what to consider when stocking up this summer:

✅ Choose a sunscreen with Broad Spectrum protection against BOTH UVA and UVB rays.
✅ Your sunscreen should have an SPF (sun protection factor) of 3️⃣0️⃣ or higher.
✅ An average adult needs the equivalent of a shot glass full of sunscreen to cover their body. Don’t forget your ears, back of your neck and tops of your feet.
✅ Sunscreen is not 'waterproof' or 'sweat-proof' ~ but it is water resistant.
✅ Reapply every 2 hours, or immediately after swimming, heavy sweating, or toweling off. (⏱️ Set a timer on your phone to remind you.)
