Yesterday was such a special day for our little family - Colton Olsen, Owen, and me - as we celebrated the upcoming arrival of Baby Swayde Joshua Olsen.💙

My sister Megan, niece Avery, and mom Debby put together the most beautiful baby shower, and it truly marked the beginning of the countdown to meeting our boy this summer.

We were surrounded by so much love, laughter, and generosity from our friends and family. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the thoughtful gifts, kind words, and the time everyone took to be there.

We’re feeling incredibly blessed and can’t thank you enough for making this season even more meaningful.

My 2025 Skincare Goals: Embrace, Evolve, Glow

Skincare is a journey of care, love, and growth. This year, I’m focusing on embracing changes, prioritizing care, and sharing my journey with all of you.
1. Practice self-acceptance with every change
• Pregnancy is bringing big transformations—not just to my life but to my skin. My goal is to embrace every phase, whether it’s glowing moments or hormonal surprises, and encourage self-love along the way.
2. Adapt my skincare routine to meet my skin’s evolving needs
• I’ll focus on listening to my skin and giving it what it needs—hydration, repair, or extra TLC—with products that are safe and effective during pregnancy.
3. Celebrate progress over perfection
• Skin doesn’t have to be flawless to be beautiful. I’m committing to celebrating the care I’m giving my skin and the journey, not chasing impossible ideals.
4. Prioritize SPF daily—no excuses
• Protecting my skin is non-negotiable, especially during these sunny Meridian days. My goal is to make SPF a consistent part of my routine, no matter how busy life gets.
5. Focus on gratitude for what my skin does
• My skin is working hard to adapt to hormonal shifts and protect me. I want to remind myself to appreciate its resilience instead of critiquing it.
6. Learn more about postpartum skin
• As I prepare for the changes ahead, I’ll deepen my knowledge about postpartum skincare to support myself—and other new moms—with love and expertise.
7. Share my skincare journey and encourage connection over comparison
• Instead of comparing my skin to others, I’ll focus on connecting with you all by sharing tips, lessons, and real moments from my own skincare journey. Let’s grow and glow together!
