REAL TALK.... Not every transformation is about pushing limits. Sometimes it’s about respecting the canvas in front of you and choosing integrity over forcing a result...Sometimes you can’t force the vision.

When she came in she had attempted a split dye at home and didn't like the results, so she decided to grab some black and throw it back on her roots and mids because of the uneven lift that was created.

I took the the time to individually foil each section and pull out as much darkness and warmth as possible without compromising her hair anymore than it already was.

After all it couldn't withstand anymore lightener and a color remover was completely out of the question other than a little CPR from Malibu.

So, here we are after an 8 hour color correction with the end goal being happy healthy hair with the integrity still in tact.

Sometimes things don't go as planned and sometimes you'll be in your head about it, but days like these are bound to happen every once in awhile and you just gotta remind yourself, EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY.
