I wanted to inform you that I will be extending my Maternity Leave until August.

I can't even begin to say how much your patience has meant to me during this transitional period of mine. As I adjust to this new transition, there will be a few changes with my scheduling, hours of operation, and services offered. I will be including all of these changes in this email down below.

I just want to say THANK YOU and I hope to be able to continue serving you as I return from my Maternity leave.

NEW CHANGES:

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday: 10am - 5pm
Friday: 10am - 3pm
Saturday & Sunday: By request only
{Saturday and Sunday will not be available to openly book an appointment, you will need to directly reach out to me to request an appointment.}

Work Schedule:
My working schedule has changed..
I will no longer have a “set schedule," be able to accommodate "same day" appointments or be able to take appointments outside of my availability. Without a "set schedule" this means each month will have different days available for booking. You can see my most current and up to date availability through my online booking system.

Discontinued Services:
All the services that I will be offering will be available on my online booking system. Any discontinued services will no longer be available for booking. I may bring back discontinued services here and there, but they will no longer be available to book regularly.

Senior Citizen Massage:
Due to my schedule/availability change I will now be offering an ongoing Senior Citizen discount ($15 off) to anyone that is 55+. This discount can be used at any time now, just use the "Senior Citizen" category to book your appointment.
{Valid ID is required for proof of age at the time of your service}

No New eGift Card Sales:
I will be discontinuing ALL new eGift Card Sales until further notice. This will NOT affect any current eGift Cards. I will still honor any eGift Cards that were previously purchased and have remaining balances.
*I will still have physical gift cards available for purchase.

No New Massage Memberships Sign Ups:
I will be discontinuing ALL massage Memberships until further notice. This will NOT affect any current massage membership and I will still honor any massage membership services that were previously purchased. I will occasionally have some "pre-paid" options available to accommodate this change.

Refunds for Pre-Paid Services:
If you have Pre-Paid services and you are no longer able to come in and use those Pre-Paid services due to all of my new changes, I will be offering refunds on the services you have remaining. To initiate a refund, you must reach out to me via email (see below) with your information and information on your purchase(s).

You will be sharing my massage space with me part-time.

Looking for a practitioner who aligns with myself and SW Herb.

Due to my City of Mesa Massage Establishment Licensing, I cannot have another massage therapist working independently in my room. Unless you are a massage therapist who would like to work for me - no but seriously if you’re looking for a massage therapy job, let me know!
