We couldn’t have done it without you.
Because of you, families will have the supplies they need during the hot summer months.
Non profits often see a decrease in the Valley with donations in the summer, and your donations certainly helped move the needle and restock several key needs this year.
See you next year when we run it back for the 30th year (our 4th joining the fun)!

It's that time again! Christmas in July!!! Our previous post had a slight error --> DO NOT BRING DONATIONS TO LA MESITA, instead, bring them into the office during your Initial Discovery Exam to receive a discount on that appointment, or during your regularly scheduled appointment if you are wanting to participate!
We love partnering with other chiropractors in the Valley for this fundraiser, and helping those who need it most.
If you know someone who is in need of chiropractic care but has been on the fence for a little while, this is a great opportunity for them to receive chiropractic care, and also help their community!
Proprioception is a fancy word for how your body can function in space. It’s extremely important in not only athletic performance and balance, but in nervous system regulation.
When individuals have dysautonomia: an imbalance in your nervous system - their proprioception is always diminished.
That’s why I include proprioception work post adjustment in office.
This is one great way to work on proprioception at home.
It can also help with hip health, improving balance and strength in the whole posterior chain.
This can help with athletic performance, balance, and decreased injuries.
Give it a try and share with a friend who this could help!

This is one of my favorite adjustments, because it is needed in so many people.
We live in a a very high stress, fast paced, head forward society. (Shocking, I know)
