After carefully reviewing my advertising results, I decided to discontinue paid advertising. While it increased inquiries, I found the experience inconsistent and often required constant attention, taking valuable time away from serving my existing clients. For me, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, personal well-being, and a positive salon environment is more important than pursuing volume at the expense of quality. I have chosen to focus on referrals, loyal clients, and organic growth that better aligns with my values and business goals.
