Recovery is better with a buddy!
Carter just celebrated his 25th RESET session, and Adam is closing in on session No. 10!
Carter admits the cold plunge is still a challenge, but he keeps showing up, pushing himself, and having a friend by his side makes all the difference.
Adam’s favorite modalities are the infrared sauna and red light therapy, thanks to the muscle relaxation and cellular recovery they provide. He also gave a shoutout to how clean and well-maintained the sauna is! ✨
