Same $200 highlight. Commission stylist at 45% vs. renter paying $300/week. Once you take out rent, back bar, card fees, marketing, insurance, software, your bookkeeper, and TAXES, the renter looks like they’re winning... until we add my FAVORITE line item: the PILLOW TAX. 😴

That’s the admin time, the stress, and the 2am “why the hell didn’t I set aside for taxes” panic. Factor that in and it’s $107 for COMMISSION vs. $96 for the RENTER.

Commission WINS. 💅

And before y’all come at me with “but the FREEDOM,” this part is for the SALON OWNERS: your stylists aren’t leaving for booth rent because they want to run a business. They’re leaving because YOU aren’t giving them the flexibility this industry was BUILT on. Learn to run your business RIGHT and they won’t have to learn to run theirs.

Commission is how this industry GROWS. Period. 🎤
