Trevor Marler, MSPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Saintly Skin with a passion for helping patients achieve natural, refreshed results while feeling confident in their own skin. Trevor earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2019 before completing his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at UAB in 2022. Originally from southeast Alabama, he relocated to Louisiana after graduation and is licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state. Before transitioning into aesthetic medicine, Trevor built a strong foundation in emergency medicine, where he has practiced for the past three years and continues to serve patients today. His experience as a locum tenens provider further strengthened his clinical expertise and adaptability, earning him recognition as a Provider Spotlight recipient. He now brings that same level of precision, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety into every aesthetic treatment. Trevor specializes in neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, micro-needling, and laser treatments. He is committed to delivering individualized treatment plans that enhance each patient’s natural features while maintaining balanced, beautiful, and authentic results. His philosophy is centered on education, trust, and helping patients feel empowered throughout their aesthetic journey. Having personally lost more than 260 pounds through his own weight-loss journey, Trevor understands the profound connection between appearance and confidence. His experience allows him to relate to patients on a deeper level and fuels his passion for helping others look and feel their absolute best. Outside of the practice, Trevor enjoys traveling, spending time with his partner and his cat, Casper, and continuing to expand his knowledge through advanced aesthetic training. He is a proud member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) and is dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based care while helping every patient become the most confident version of themselves.
