As an Ashtanga yoga teacher with over 17 years of experience, my path is deeply rooted in the sacred flow of vinyasa—the intelligent union of breath and movement that reflects the true essence of yoga.

I am devoted to the living tradition of Ashtanga practice, continuously studying its philosophy and traditional sequences, and sharing this wisdom with a nurturing, grounded presence.

My intention is to guide each student into a deeper relationship with both body and spirit, where discipline meets softness, and effort becomes meditation.

In my teaching, I emphasize precise alignment, mindful breath, and gentle, compassionate adjustments.

I also explore therapeutic applications of yoga, supporting individual needs with care, sensitivity, and respect for each unique journey.

My greatest passion is healing—helping others return to balance, to presence, and to themselves. This devotion flows naturally into my work in aesthetics, where I approach beauty as something sacred, inspired by nature, art, and the quiet intelligence of the body.

I am also a mother, a student of life, and a woman guided by empathy, compassion, and warmth. Fluent in two languages, I hold space for diverse students, offering an inclusive and accessible experience for all.
