Last month our AC was out for 30 days. For 30 days we had no AC in the hot, humid Miami heat while also experiencing extreme temperatures. Safe to say my eczema did not enjoy it!

My hands and chest experienced extreme flaring, itchiness, and redness from my excessive sweating.

Thankfully, we were able to get a new AC unit installed at the beginning of the month so I could heal my skin.

My skin still isn’t perfect but it’s at a MUCH healthier and moisturized state than it was last month. I used my own products because I wanted to heal my skin with natural products.

Every time I got out the shower, I’d use the Simply Body Oil before I dried to seal the water on my skin. After I dried off any excess, I would layer on our Simply Body Butter. 2 times a week I would use the Sweet Relief Body Scrub to get rid of the dead skin, as well as the Brighten Up Soap to heal even out my skin and help with my eczema.

Like I said, I’m still recovering from last month but I’m definitely at a better place
