(Surgical, Non-Surgical, Wellness & Longevity)
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in plastic surgery sales and patient coordination.
Requirements:
• Problem solver
• Bilingual
• Strong track record of consultation conversion and treatment plan presentation
• Experience with both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures
• Knowledge of wellness, regenerative medicine, longevity, hormone optimization, and related services preferred
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage high-end clientele with professionalism and discretion
• Strong organizational and CRM skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient inquiries from phone, website, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Schedule and coordinate consultations for surgical, non-surgical, wellness, and longevity services
• Educate patients on treatment options, pricing, financing, and expected outcomes
• Present treatment plans and assist patients in moving forward with recommended care
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective patients
• Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative patient communications
• Collaborate closely with providers and the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Track leads, consultations, conversions, and patient outcomes
• Help maintain a luxury concierge-level patient experience from initial inquiry through completion of treatment
