Mary Lou’s Takes Over The WALL: Miami’s Next Great Magic Trick Mary Lou’s — the Palm Beach (and Montauk) nightlife export — is officially coming to Miami Beach, taking over the former WALL nightclub at W South Beach. Backed by Myles Shear and Palm Tree Crew via Palm Tree Club (which invested in Mama Hospitality earlier this year), the move pairs nightlife instincts with capital that understands one simple truth: vibe is an asset class, and the Rueben Brothers are very good partners. As Ian Schrager famously said, every nightclub has the same four walls, music, and liquor. The only difference is what you make people feel. WALL is out. Mary Lou’s is in. Same room, same tools — different story. Set to launch in early 2026, Mary Lou’s Miami will run as an ongoing residency, reworking the space into a modern supper club–meets–entertainment concept with a semi–members club feel, private beach access, and all the right signals. Same four walls. New illusion. And in Miami, perception isn’t just reality — it’s revenue.
