C-Rae’s Beauty

✨ A LITTLE BUSINESS UPDATE FROM C-RAE’S BEAUTY ✨

As many of you know, I’m a mom of 4, a hairstylist, and I’m currently navigating a pretty big season of change in my life.

With that change comes a new appointment policy that I need everyone to respect. ❤️

When you book with me, I am reserving that specific time JUST for you. As a busy mom and small-business owner, a missed appointment means time that I can’t get back and an opportunity to serve another client that I have lost.

✨ Effective immediately:

• A non-refundable booking fee/deposit will be required to reserve your appointment.
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee.
• No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will be required to pay the balance before booking again.
• Repeated late cancellations/no-shows may result in appointments being unavailable for future booking.
• Please arrive on time. Excessive lateness may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.

I completely understand that life happens. I have kids too, and I understand emergencies and unexpected situations. ❤️ These policies aren’t meant to punish anyone—they’re simply necessary for me to protect my time, my income, and my ability to provide for my family.

I am incredibly grateful for every person who chooses to sit in my chair and support my small business. When you show up for your appointment, you’re not just getting your hair done—you’re supporting a mom and a small business owner who is working incredibly hard to build a new chapter for her family.

Thank you for understanding, respecting my time, and continuing to support C-Rae’s Beauty. 🤍

My time is valuable, and so is yours. Let’s respect both. ✨
