So much fun doing Melissa's hair last night.
Savannah T thanks for including me in so many of your fun and important events. I truly am the luckiest. Now make a Jiggly Cake and enjoy your graduation. Class of 2020 so proud.

So as I stated, I will contact you to reschedule your appointment. Please be patient as there are a few of you. Lol. I am starting first with my March 20th clients that I had to cancel.
Rules are as follows and they may change as these are from WEDC.
We have no waiting area, so please only enter when you are called, waved in or I come to your vehicle. I am disinfecting with Barbicide which stays on non porous surfaces for 10 minutes, Counters, chair, sink, combs will all be cleaned and disinfected. Everyone will have a clean laundered cape. I will not be doing clients in between chemical surfaces at this time. Every client will be scheduled according to service and disinfecting time. No magazines, candy dishes etc.
1) Please enter wearing your mask. I have some disposable masks if you forget for $1.
2) You must be fever and symptom free. I will be taking temperatures before start of appointment.
3)Please wash hands in bathroom or use hand sanitizer that I have available before appointment.
4)Please do not bring huge purses or totes. A simple wallet and phone should be fine. The less surfaces used the easier it is to stay clean.
Masks are not an option. I will be wearing a mask and gloves. We need to all stay safe. I am doing my best to keep all of us safe. If you have traveled out of state, please wait at least 14 days before scheduling an appointment. Thank you and appreciate your patience.
Also please do not come into salon until told too. I will come to car or wave you in. No purse, bring in what you can carry, wallet and phone.
As the day turns, I will contact you to reschedule. As of this very moment I will open May 26th. If that changes, I will post on here. Protocol: clients wear masks, hands washed or sanitized, fever free and no symptoms, no waiting area so arrive at the exact time of appointment. I am disinfecting after each client with Barbicide(sinks, chair, shears, combs counters) and each client has a clean cape. Thank you and appreciate you.
Hello! As you probably already know, we are not open yet. Personally, I am OK with that. I wish the news was different but if we stay at home it gives us more time to get the numbers lower. It gives our amazing healthcare workers even more time. We all need to be safe. We need to be healthy. We need to be patient. I was able to meet up with all my co workers at Marcia's (6ft apart, and we all drove inseparate cars) on Thursday. We caught up, discussed our concerns, and we all left feeling recharged. I have restocked and am waiting on a few cleaning items, capes, towels, and gloves. Unfortunately, some have been backordered for over a month but finally scheduled to arrive the end of May. Do not worry, I have plenty to open up with but as Jaimie says, my mom is a hoarder of cleaning supplies, shes been practicing for this my entire life. Lol At this point, we need everyone to arrive at the salon wearing a mask and fever free. I guess this is our new reality for now. We are at the understanding that we can only have 1 client per stylist in the salon at a time. What that exactly means, we are assuming that you may need to stay in your car until we are ready for you. What I am understanding in this 3 phase system is that we maybe considered the 3rd stage if this passes. I guess it is better then being 4th. Lol As I know things I will update and reschedule your appointments again. Lol Thank goodness I use pencil. 😊
Now, I need a favor. One of my clients, William, has been recently diagnosed with cancer. He will be getting 29 weeks of some very strong Chemo treatments starting in a week or two. He has been isolated about two weeks longer then everyone else. He is in high school, plays in the band and just recently started fencing. If you could send a prayer, some positive energy or a good thought his way I know he, his family and I would appreciate it. Thank you, Appreciate you, and Miss you all alot.
