Hair appointment or interrogation? 🤣.

These words were shared with me this morning at my class and I thought it was important to pass this along. Right now the world can seem very dark and scary and sometimes things as small as just getting your hair done, or finding community at your 6am barre class can make your forget about the not so great things. My chair, my salon has been and always will be a safe space for all of those who sit in it. Educate, interact with compassion, engage. Resist resist resist.
