This beauty came back for her touch-up and decided to pivot from the microblading, adding a little more definition & shading, especially towards her tails, while still keeping the fronts soft and textured 😍 I’m in love with the results 🥹

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about my relationship with social media, content creation, and the pressure that can come with running a business online.

If you’ve followed me for a while, then you probably already know I tend to disappear from posting sometimes, weeks, occasionally even months at a time.

For a long time I kept telling myself I just needed to become “more consistent,” post more often, market myself better, show more work, sell myself more, etc.

But honestly, I think part of the reason I kept pulling away is because forcing myself to constantly create content and talk about my work just doesn’t feel natural to me.

I love what I do. I’ve spent years building my skills, my clientele, my reputation, and there’s already more than enough work on this page for people to know what I offer and the kind of results I create.

But constantly posting it? Selling myself all the time? It honestly feels repetitive and draining to me.

So moving forward, I’m giving myself permission to stop forcing it.

I’ll post when I genuinely want to. Sometimes that’ll be work. Sometimes life. Sometimes thoughts, inspiration, random things I enjoy, or maybe nothing at all for a little while.

I want this space to feel more human and more aligned with who I actually am beyond my business.

At the end of the day, my goal was never to build a huge empire or become endlessly consumed by hustle culture. I simply want to create a comfortable life for myself doing meaningful work, while having enough peace and freedom to actually enjoy my life too.

And hopefully connect with more likeminded people along the way 🤍
