I’ve dreamed of opening my salon for years, and 2024 was the year I was finally ready to turn my dream into my reality.

Although I worked very hard to achieve this goal, I was fortunate enough to be able to open my doors in 10 weeks due to taking over an existing salon space!

Here’s how I did it while somehow managing to keep my sanity (kind of) during a stressful yet exciting time!

Owning a business has taught me so much about patience, trusting my gut, staying open to change, and remembering that growth doesn’t always look the way you expect it to.

There’s still so much I’m figuring out, and I think that’s part of the fun of building something that’s truly your own.

I dreamed of a space like Golden Wave for years, and finally I was able to create it myself. A space where you can build your business, continue learning, grow your own brand, and still feel like you’re part of a positive, happy, community.

You get to be your own business owner while having people around you to learn from, bounce ideas off of, celebrate the wins with, and grow alongside each other.

I don’t believe you have to figure it all out alone. I want to help other stylists be their most successful versions of themselves!
