Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required in counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university.
0-6 months related experience and/or training in addiction, recovery and/or spiritual counseling.
State or national certification as an addiction counselor (strongly preferred).

Travel: Less than 10% of position time for program retreat and conferences.

Office work environment with quiet noise level.
