The opinions that will probably get me unfollowed… 👀
After 10+ years in aesthetics, wellness, hormones & medicine, I’ve learned that not everything we’ve been taught about aging, skincare, hormones and “health” deserves to be followed blindly.
I believe in aging intentionally, prevention over correction, evidence over internet gossip, and actually looking at the whole person… not just a lab value.
