Heather Green - The Peachy Lean Life

I am your average girl who through the decision to make a complete lifestyle change found a way to achieve not so average results! Through the help of Cathy Savage Fitness, Isagenix products, and surrounding myself with goal driven like minded individuals I found a way to transform not only my body but my complete mindset on life! I focus on staying positive, setting goals for myself, and not sweating the small stuff! I love helping others to do the same. I hope to be the motivation you need to help you achieve your health and fitness goals and to feel good about yourself! I will post healthy recipes, motivational quotes, health and beauty advice, upcoming things going on in my life, and any other content you would be interested in! I would love to hear feedback so shoot me a message or write on my wall! :)
