I am so filled with gratitude for the start to this year 🥺 As I jump into this season of my life, I am grateful that I have God by my side. 🙏 January marks the start to my last semester as an undergraduate. Although my days are long & busy, it is truly a blessing to be tired from the things I once prayed for.

Day in my life as a marketing coordinator at who also enjoys working out 📸🐾💪
Every day looks a little bit different and that’s why I love this job so much! Not only do I get to learn about how dogs & cats are treated (which is my future career path) but I also get to have fun with an amazing & talented team. 🥺🤍
Afterwards, I got a good leg day session & Hot Cycle class at .sharyland 🔥 Working out is definitely therapeutic for me and a GREAT way to de-stress. 🫶

If I can make a change in my life, so can you! ❤️ I used to be so unhappy with myself and was slowly destroying my body. I knew I needed to make a change - not just for my physical health but my mental and spiritual health as well. ✨ I’m proud to say in 2025, I’ve lost over 90 pounds, I’m 9 months sober, almost finished with my biology degree, but most importantly grew closer to God. I’ve struggled with my mental health almost my entire life but have finally seen great strides with myself and that beings with your inner work and peace. I thank God he saved my life. 🤍✝️
