Waxing can be intimidating.. Trust me, I understand!!
But I’m here to make your life easier!

💖Here are 5 things to know before you get waxed:

1. Let your hair grow!🪴
Aim for about ¼ inch of growth, roughly 2–3 weeks of growth for most people.

2. Exfoliate, but not right before.🤎
Gentle exfoliation 24–48 hours before your appointment can help prevent ingrown hairs by removing dead skin cells!

3. Skip the lotion & oils.🧴
Come with clean, dry skin and avoid heavy lotions, oils, or body butters on the area being waxed. Prep is important!! That’s why we don’t want any excess products to get in the way.

4. Avoid certain products before waxing 🚫
Avoid retinol, AHAs/BHAs, scrubs, and other exfoliating products on the area for a few days before your appointment. They can make your skin more sensitive and increase the risk of lifting or irritation.🙅🏼‍♀️

5. Don’t be embarrassed!
Ingrown hairs, uneven growth, redness, and all the awkward stuff? I’ve seen it all. I’m here to help, not judge!🩷
