This means all of my hard work over the last three years is officially starting to pay off. First of all, I just want to say thank you to anyone who has sat in my chair over the last three years. I have had so many a-ha moments learning my trade, and life in general. Y’all have truly helped me grow and shape me into the person I am today. And because of you guys my numbers are also good enough to move up to a real performance based hairstylist to pay scale. This is a huge milestone in my career, and I truly could not do it without y’all. I am so thankful that my job gets to be your self-care and a confidence boost. ✨ TEMPORARY SALON MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY ✨
Tmac’s Hair Studio is looking for a licensed cosmetologist to step into a temporary Salon Management role.
I’m currently spending an unexpected season in the NICU with my daughter, and while my place needs to be with her, I also want to make sure our salon, our team, and our clients continue to be cared for the way they deserve.
I’m looking for someone who is:
✂️ Licensed for 5+ years
🤍 Reliable, responsible & professional
✂️ Confident working independently
🤍 A strong communicator & team player
✂️ Comfortable helping oversee day-to-day salon operations
🤍 Someone who genuinely cares about the success of the salon and the people in it
This would begin as a temporary management position, but for the right person, there is potential for this to develop into a more permanent leadership role within Tmac’s.
This isn't just about unlocking the door and making sure the lights are on. I’m looking for someone who can help create stability, support our team, care for our guests, and help keep the culture of Tmac’s strong while I’m needed elsewhere.

Our Tmac’s family is starting a Pop Tab Collection for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida—and this one is incredibly personal to me.
While our sweet Aria is fighting in the NICU, the Ronald McDonald House has given me something I desperately needed: a place to stay close to my baby. A place to shower, sleep, breathe, eat, and have a little bit of “home” while my world is happening inside a NICU room.
They are caring for families like mine during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
And now I want our Tmac’s community to help us give something back. 🤍

🥫 SAVE YOUR POP TABS!
The little aluminum tabs from your:
• Soda cans
• Soup cans
• Other aluminum cans
can be collected and donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida. Those tabs are recycled, and the money raised helps support the House and the nearly 1,100 families they serve each year.
Last year, their Pop Tab Program generated around $5,000 toward the House's operating expenses—including things like utilities.
That may not sound like a lot compared to the cost of running a facility that supports so many families, but that's exactly the point:
Little things make a BIG difference.
So we're asking our clients, friends, families, neighbors and fellow small businesses:
