Every member of our team has trained under world renound stylist and continues to further their education by attending master classes yearly. We customize every appointment with personalized consultations and mix color at our L'Oreal color bar to meet each clients needs. Our main goal is to create beautiful hair for our guest without compromising the integrity or health of our clients hair. Please arrive on time to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our stylist availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service. In some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality service and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled and will need to be booked when your appointment is made. We ask that you also specify if you need a partial highlight or a full highlight as there is a great difference in the time allocated for each. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out client information card and change into your robe. This allows ample time to find your way to our location and get settled. METHOD OF PAYMENT

We at Cara & Company want to be able to provide the best service to as many of our valued clients as possible. As a courtesy to our clients, we send an email 5 days in advance, a text message 2 days and a phone call 1 days in advance to remind clients of their upcoming appointments. We also provide a cancelation list for clients that are waiting to see a fully booked stylist. In the past we have had several no-shows or last minute cancelations, leaving stylists with gaps in their schedules that were too last minute to fill, even with several people waiting on the cancelation list. Over the last year, due to COVID, the amount of no-show and last minute cancellations has been detrimental to our stylist. Due to the demand of our stylists, and the fact that we as a business get paid by our time, we have decided to enforce an updated cancelation policy. Moving forward appointments canceled, rescheduled or changed without giving 24 hours notice will be responsible for 50% of their scheduled services. Appointments that no show/No call will be responsible for 100% of their scheduled services. ANY CHANGES HAVE TO BE MADE VIA A PHONE CALL TO THE FRONT DESK. Emails and text messages are automated and we DO NOT get your response. This is an effort to cut down on no-shows and last minute cancelations and, therefore, allow us to accommodate more of our clients and add a little more beauty to each of your days. :)
