• A 5-minute grace period is allowed. Anything beyond 5 minutes will be considered a cancellation.

• If you arrive to your appointment smelling strongly of ma*****na, you will not be serviced. I serve a variety of clients, and maintaining a clean, professional, and comfortable environment for everyone is important to me.

• Please check your email for appointment confirmations, reminders, and important updates regarding your appointment.

• Most importantly, respect goes both ways. If you are rude, disrespectful, aggressive, or nasty toward me, I am simply not the service provider for you. I will gladly refund your money and end the appointment. My peace, professionalism, and self-respect will always come before any service.
