Hey! My name is Payal. I am the instructor behind Pilates with Payal.
I believe that movement should be both intentional and transformative.
My journey began with a deep respect for the Classical Pilates method—the precision, the breathwork, and the flow.
To master these fundamentals, I earned my certification through the globally recognized BASI Pilates program, ensuring my teaching is grounded in the highest standards of the craft.
I use this classical pilates background as a foundation to build more modern strength based flows to help you build power, stability, and endurance while maintaining a strong mind body connection.
