🎵I'm way too fine to be this stressed, yeah!🎵
Don't stress if you can't pronounce it, just know that norepinephrine is both a neurotransmitter in the brain and a hormone, playing an important role in your body's “fight-or-flight” response.
Health conditions that result from low levels of norepinephrine include anxiety, depression, ADHD, headaches, low blood pressure, low blood sugar, memory and sleeping problems.😔😔
The good news is that you can naturally increase your levels of norepinephrine by getting a good night's sleep, eating enough protein, doing things that make you feel happy, exercising regularly, and yes, you guessed it, doing !🤩🤩
Visit us online at www.montgomerypt.com or arrange an appointment to get stress-less today!

🧡🧡Multiple Sclerosis Day🧡🧡
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is one of the most common diseases of the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord). It affects the way nerves conduct electrical impulses to and from the brain. Symptoms can include blurred vision, weak limbs, tingling sensations, unsteadiness, memory problems, and fatigue.
Show solidarity by wearing an orange ribbon and by providing support to MS survivors. Talk to them and treat them just like a normal person; invite a friend with MS out for lunch and don't just talk about their condition!
“Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.'” – Mary Anne Radmacher
