US Miss- Modern Ms.

What a wonderful afternoon spent judging a pageant on 07/18/26 (super late posting it 😮‍💨😅)

I had the pleasure of meeting some amazing contestants and witnessing so much talent, personality, and passion! One of my favorite moments was the act featuring the Heat Miser! As someone who grew up watching that cartoon, it brought back so much nostalgia and made me smile from ear to ear!

Thank you Magical Moment Pageants for allowing me to be a part of bringing your vision to life and for trusting me with the honor of helping select your court. It truly means so much to be part of such a special experience!

To the newly crowned court, congratulations! I cannot wait to see all the amazing things you accomplish during your reign. May this be the beginning of beautiful opportunities, unforgettable memories, and a journey filled with growth and sisterhood!

October is a reminder to wear a little more pink, check in on the women we love, and never take our health for granted.

Breast cancer is something that has touched my family personally. A few people close to me fought their own battles with breast cancer, and watching the strength, courage, and love surrounding them has made this cause very close to my heart. 🩷

So this month, let’s make awareness more than just wearing pink.
Know your normal.
Talk to your doctor about your personal risk.
Keep up with recommended screenings.
Encourage the women you love to do the same.

And to every woman who has fought, is fighting, or has been affected by breast cancer — you are seen, you are loved, and you are never alone. 🦋🩷

To My Friends Who Work in Healthcare…

I just want you to know how truly proud and grateful I am for you. I know the long hours, the hard days, and the emotional weight you carry aren’t always easy.

You care for strangers like they’re family, and that says so much about the heart you have.

Thank you for showing up, for caring, and for being there when people need you most. I see you, I appreciate you, and I’m so thankful to call you my friend.

Ovarian Cancer Awareness

Ovarian cancer can be difficult to detect, so knowing your body and listening to changes matters. Persistent bloating, pelvic or abdominal pain, feeling full quickly, or changes in bathroom habits should never be ignored.

Know the signs. Know your body. Speak up. Get checked.

Let’s spread awareness, support survivors, and remember those we’ve lost. 🎗️🦋
