POLICY UPDATE 🤍
*PLEASE READ!*

I have policies in place for cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrivals to help my business run smoothly and ensure I’m able to stay on schedule for all of my clients. I have been very lenient with my policies in the past, but going forward, my policies will be enforced for every client 🤍

✨ CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the service total.

✨ NO CALL / NO SHOW
If you no call/no show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service total and will be required to put down a 50% non-refundable deposit for any future appointments.

✨ LATE ARRIVALS
If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your service total. Arriving significantly late may result in your appointment needing to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on the service and my availability.

I really try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible because I know things come up and life happens. However, here lately I have had A LOT of last minute cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrivals, and it has started to affect my schedule and other clients.
