This Wednesday, I'll celebrate my 38th birthday.

Birthdays have a way of making us pause and look back.

This year, I've found myself thinking less about where I thought I'd be and more about how far I've come.

This Summer Pause has been exactly what I needed. Time to slow down. Time to reflect. Time to be present with my boys. Time to reconnect with myself.

Not every season of life is about producing.

Some seasons are about growing.

Looking at this photo reminds me of what matters most. My children. My faith. My family. My health. The people who continue to support Decota Naturals through every season.

I'm incredibly grateful for all of you.

Whether you've been with me since my first market, found us recently, shared a kind word, or simply followed along, thank you.

As I begin another year, my hope is simple.

Decota Naturals is now a few weeks into our intentional Summer Pause, and I am continuing to honor the purpose behind it.

This season is giving me time to slow down, spend intentional time with my family, reflect on the business, and think carefully about what Decota Naturals needs for its next chapter.

One of the reminders from our Note to Self Collection feels especially fitting right now:

Growth does not always happen while we are rushing. Sometimes we need space to rest, reflect, and make thoughtful changes.
