Summer Refresh 🍋

Hadn’t seen her in for color for 8+ months and it still looked so good! We just brought up some highlights to bring back the brightness for summer!!

Reminder: I am still doing hair and I still suck at posting!!

I did this back in early early June 😀

I’ve been getting contacted in many different places recently! I wanted to share the most effective way to contact me and get a timely response!

While all means of communication can be used (except phone calls unless emergency), I prefer texting and will always start conversations with this mode of communication.

Texting will always get you the quickest answer! I’m on my frequently enough that I see texts even when I’m not available or I have my personal focus on.

I don’t reply to texts if I’m off work typically, but I’m also known to do whatever I can handle that day! So if I have plenty of time and available energy I will respond asap!

Please do not email me. I have tried my best to remove my email from everything. I do not check my emails. When I do it’s typically invoice or bills related, so I only check them around due date periods. This is one of my slowest return response times! I try my best to check more often, but I also purposely turn off email notifications in my phone to protect my peace.

I’m not the quickest at responding to DMs! BUT I manage 4 instagram accounts so I typically will see the notification for a DM within 24 hours! That does end up being slower responses between messages since it can be 1-24 hours in between each message due to having to switch between accounts everytime to see my DMs

Please never ever use the contact form on Gloss Genius! These get sent to my email and often times end up in my spam! I hate that I don’t have the option to change this. If I could I would have it be directed to my phone number to text me! But alas, I do not. Most of my day to day clients don’t use this, but new client opportunities get lost with this feature and that does sadden me! I love new faces in my chair!
