Race day ready!!

For the rest of October, the Saturday 5 K in Indiana is part of the Women's Running Festival. (I am here) Next Saturday is the Wicked W**e Run in Cantigny Park, and Sunday is the 5 K at Spiteful Brewing with the Illinois Brewery Running Series - BUT WAIT Whhhhaatttt is going on Halloween Eve??? Well, funny you should ask; it is our awesome The Copper Penny Spirits Halloween Eve 5K, where we are going to glow away!! Anyone who wants to volunteer for Vandalia, let me know- I have room for one in my van!!

I feel so smart today :) My first aid test is done!! So that is all for now!

19 Days until Halloween Eve! Join us in Vandalia The Copper Penny for the The Copper Penny Spirits Halloween Eve 5K. Volunteers are needed also so if you want to dress up (or not) and want to cheer people on sign up- same QR Code.

🎃 Can you all believe we’re only 20 days away from the Halloween Eve Run in Vandalia?!

We’ve got a 5 PM start, a 6 PM start, and you can head out anytime in between — super flexible, super fun.

I’ve been excited about this event since the day we planned it. The glow gear, the cemetery route, the costumes… it’s going to be a blast.
