🚨 Policy Update- Please Read 🚨

effective immediately, all clients are allowed one (1) reschedule per appointment if an appointment needs to be rescheduled again a nonrefundable deposit will be required in order to book another appointment

all reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. deposits go towards the total of appointment, but are non refundable.

This policy is being implemented because my time has not been consistently respected. I prepare for every appointment plan my schedule around my clients and this is how I make a living. I also have a life outside of my business and repeated reschedules and last-minute changes are no longer acceptable.

Thank you to my clients who show up communicate properly and respect my time it does not go unnoticed. 🫶🏻
