University of Colorado study followed 249 adults with chronic low back pain over two weeks.

Researchers compared THC-dominant, CBD-dominant, and balanced THC/CBD edibles.

Here’s what they found:
✅ Pain improved across all groups.
✅ THC-dominant edibles provided the greatest short-term pain relief.
✅ CBD was more effective at reducing tension and anxiety than acute pain.

Researchers concluded that edible cannabis may be a safe alternative to traditional pain medications for some patients.
