💚 MONDAY MASSAGE TIP: You don’t have to split your massage evenly!

Want extra time on your shoulders? Love a little more attention on your hands or feet? Prefer to skip an area altogether? Tell your therapist!

A full-body massage is an option, not a requirement. Sharing your priorities helps your therapist plan a session around what matters most to you. 🙌

Your time. Your comfort. Your massage.

Imad has spent YEARS convincing everyone he’s all business.

Unfortunately, our camera caught him participating in a little bit of FUN… and caught him smiling, Twice! 📸😂

Imad, we hate to do this to you… but your clients need to know you’re secretly delightful.

Your hands do a lot, when was the last time they got a little care? 💚👐

Hand reflexology uses pressure on specific areas of the hands, traditionally associated with different parts of the body. These connections aren’t scientifically established, but the practice offers a chance to slow down and enjoy soothing touch.

Do you love having your hands massaged? Tell us below! ✨

Your face has been in meetings, sitting in traffic, and reacting to everybody’s nonsense all week. It deserves a break, too. 😉✨

Our Hydrating Gua Sha Face Massage combines facial massage, gentle facial cupping, Gua Sha, Cryo Globes, and hand and foot massage.

A little luxury. A whole lot of relaxation. 💚

💆 Ever wondered why we put a pillow under your knees or a bolster beneath your ankles during a massage?

Those little supports have a purpose! They help position your body comfortably so you don’t have to hold yourself in place while your therapist works.

Under your knees when you’re face up, a bolster allows a gentle bend in your legs. Beneath your ankles when you’re face down, it gives your feet a comfortable place to rest.

If something feels awkward, speak up! A small adjustment to a pillow, headrest, or bolster can make a big difference in your comfort. 💚

At Donelson Massage Center, the little details are part of taking care of you.
