Quick story time….

This past Sunday I attended the Beauty Supply | Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Vietnam Nashville Demo Show but I almost didn’t go because I was very tired. However, I decided to follow my plan and not my mood.

I got to meet Queen 👑 | Nails • Fitness • Business and I got to link up with my girl Tresurary TreeBoo Finch we have such a good time networking and learning about different products.

And to my surprise I won the giveaway! I never win giveaway prizes but I won a duster collector…the very thing that I’ve been needing for the past 3 weeks!

I’m so glad I showed up! God rewarded me for keeping my commitment to myself.

I’m all for working smarter, not harder. But there’s a difference between choosing a different service and giving up on something you once dreamed of mastering.

When easier alternatives became available, I believe it became easier for some nail techs to walk away from acrylic instead of pushing through the part where it feels HARD.

But what if you still want to master it?

What if deep down, you still want to be able to lay acrylic with confidence, understand your L/P ratio, create beautiful structure, shape with intention, and KNOW your foundation is solid?

Then don’t give up on that goal.

I spent 10+ years refining my acrylic foundation techniques, and now I’m giving you access to my exact blueprint inside the Steal My Techniques™ Acrylic Foundation Suite.

No starting over. No guessing your way through it. Learn the techniques that helped me become the Foundation Queen, on demand, at your own pace, with lifetime access.

If acrylic mastery is STILL on your list, comment “STEAL” and get access now. 💅🏾

One thing I’ve learned after being in this industry for YEARS: you cannot be obsessed with being credited every time somebody is inspired by something you did.

Especially to my newer nail techs—yes, protect your work. Yes, give credit when it’s appropriate. But understand that inspiration is part of being in a creative industry.

I’ve watched techniques, designs, ideas and trends circulate through the nail industry over and over again. At some point, you have to stop watching everybody else’s page trying to figure out who got an idea from you and put that energy into becoming undeniable at what YOU do.

Because the goal shouldn’t be to make sure everybody knows you did it first.

The goal is to build a body of work so strong that your influence is felt whether your name is mentioned or not.

Take it from a seasoned nail tech…focus more on your IMPACT than your credit. 💅🏾

Last month I had a new client try to bully me about a situation and I handled it how I always do in the rare occasions that it happens.

I’m sharing this in hopes that it will help another business owner. If it doesn’t apply, let it fly.

Also, I’m sharing because I’ve decided I’m getting on my page and posting whatever I feel like posting regardless of what people may say or think.
