Meet Janaysha:
Janaysha’s passion for hairstyling began at an early age, growing up watching her mother and grandmother care for the hair of her whole family and community members. Those early experiences made hair a source of peace, creativity, and purpose in her life. With roots in both African American and Hispanic cultures, and having lived in Dallas, Nashville, and Miami, she draws inspiration from a diverse range of artistic and cultural influences. She specializes in hair color and extensions, focusing on customized, transformative results that enhance each client’s natural beauty. Janaysha’s mission is to help her guests feel confident and beautiful from the moment they sit in her chair by using my craft to uplift, empower, and inspire.

Meet Cher:
Cher’s a passionate stylist specializing in long hair, dimensional color, and extensions. We love watching her create soft, natural-looking transformations that enhance her guests’ beauty, giving them the hair they’ve always wanted. Healthy, beautiful hair is always her goal.

Meet Haley:
She’s new to Nashville, but not to hair! Haley came with 11 years of experience behind the chair and is so excited to build connections with clients in her new city! She specializes in custom color transformations, multiple extension methods, event styling, and personalized haircuts designed to complement each guest’s unique features, and lifestyle.

In 2023, Taylor joined Davines as a Trainer, growing her passion for education, sustainable beauty, and elevated salon experiences. Haley always brings that knowledge and artistry directly to her guests.

Outside of the salon, you can usually find her traveling, trying new restaurants, or spending time with animals.

Meet Taylor:
She’s been behind the chair since 2014, creating hair that feels intentional, a little edgy, and completely tailored to my guest. Taylor moved from a small town in Michigan to Nashville in 2018 to build her work around lived-in beauty with an edge.

She’s known for elevated bridal hair and makeup, modern razor cuts, barbering, and dimensional fashion color—designed for clients who want something artistic, wearable, and a little transformative. Whether it’s soft and romantic or a full shift in energy, Taylor loves creating looks that feel like stepping into your most confident version of yourself.

We love how Taylor keeps her chair a calm, curated space where collaboration matters and every detail is considered. Her goal is always hair that feels aligned, elevated, and effortlessly powerful.

When she’s not behind the chair, her nose is deeply into a good book or out chasing live music.

Meet Missy:
Born into a third-generation salon family, Missy grew up in her mother’s salon in Louisiana — basically living her own Steel Magnolias moment as Truvy Jones. After moving to Middle Tennessee in 2001 and beginning my professional career in 2011, she built her experience from the front desk to behind the chair, eventually earning a Master Colorist Certification with Alfaparf Milano along the way.
For the past decade, she’s worked full-time as a stylist, focusing on healthy hair, personalized color, and creating a welcoming experience where clients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.
And we’re proud to have her be part of the team at CRFTD Salon in Nashville’s Marathon Village, where creativity and community go hand in hand.

We’re away today as we observe Independence Day with our friends and families.
