A little reminder for the next time you’re doing your skincare: keep going. 🤍

When appropriate for the products you’re using, bring that same care down over your neck and upper chest.

Your serums.
Your moisturizer.
And especially, your daily SPF.

These areas are part of your skincare too and deserve the same attention and care you give your face. 🤍

Sometimes, it only takes a small shift to come out of the noise of the mind and back into the body. 🤍

A breath.
A pause.
A moment to notice what you’re feeling.

Try one of these cues today and simply notice what changes.

There’s nothing to fix or achieve. Just an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and listen to what your body is telling you.

And when you’re ready for a little more space, intentional touch, somatic support, or simply time to breathe—InFluxe is here.

Come as you are. 🤍

A few simple practices that invite you to reconnect with your body:

🤍 Breath awareness: noticing the natural rhythm of your breath, how it moves through your nostrils, and where you feel that movement throughout your body.

🤍 Body scanning: gently noticing the sensations present within your body, without needing to change, fix, or judge what you find.

🤍 Grounding in place or in nature: reconnecting with your physical surroundings and noticing what you can feel, hear, see, and experience in the space around you.

🤍 Intentional movement: stretching, moving slowly, or simply allowing your body to move in ways that feel supportive in the moment.

🤍 Sound + vibration: humming, sound bowls, or tuning forks can offer another way to bring your attention into your body through sound and physical sensation.

🤍 Intentional touch: massage, gentle touch, or simply placing your own hands on your body can help bring your awareness back to physical sensation and the present moment.

The common thread is a gentle awareness of what's happening within your body in the present moment, with a sense of curiosity and intention rather than judgement.

Some of these practices are incorporated directly into sessions at InFluxe, while others influence the way I approach my work and the space I create for my clients. 🤍

I'd love for you to experience this approach in the studio. Schedule your next treatment with the link in my bio.

A little breathing space for your day. 🤍

Inhale gently for 4 seconds.
Pause for a count of 2.
Exhale slowly through your mouth, for 6 seconds.
Repeat for as long as you desire.

A longer exhale is a beautiful way to shift your attention back into your body, inviting in a sense of ease and relaxation.

Save this for the next time you need a moment to reconnect...

There is a beautiful transformation waiting for you when you slow down enough to truly listen to your body. 🤍

Tension, fatigue, tightness, and inflammation can all be signs your body needs more support. But when we move too quickly, it's easy to miss these whispers.

If you've been feeling disconnected from yourself, consider this your invitation to pause, soften, and listen.

Your body has been speaking to you all along. 💌

Our skin notices all of the changes that come with each season, which means it can often benefit from a few intentional shifts in our routines and habits as well.

Here are a few things to keep in mind as you move through the rest of the summer season. 🤍

If you need additional support, I'd love to see you in studio for a customized treatment. Schedule yours with the link in my bio.

While every season offers its own beauty, there is something undeniably special about this time of year. The light feels different. The days feel fuller. Life spills outdoors and people are alive with joy.

And each year, so many of us wait in anticipation for these months.

Then suddenly summer is here, our calendars are full, and before we know it we're moving from one thing to the next, trying to fit everything into a season that always seems to pass too quickly.

So this year, I want to offer a different invitation. An invitation of presence.

Because our nervous systems respond to presence. Our bodies respond to slowness. And our skin responds to the ways we care for ourselves.

Whatever support looks like for you this month, I hope you make space for it. I'll be in the studio if you need more hands-on care. 🤍
