Mercury goes direct today. How’s that retrograde been treating you?

I had something pop-up recently where I had to make a decision. When I decided to move forward with this opportunity, my intuition/inside voice instantly responded with, “oh no, we’re doing this again?” 🤬🙅‍♀️ I resisted and resisted because it looked better on paper than what it actually was. I guess this Mercury Retrograde wants me to listen to my intuition. Wants me to trust myself and pull my power from within. Idk, it just felt clear as day to say yes to this - why not it looks so good!? But, it was such a similar experience I’d already left behind… why would I move forward knowing how it’s worked out in the past? Imagine tiny me’s running around my brain saying, “No! Just say no! Why are we gonna go down this cycle again?!” 🌀🧠🏃🏻‍♀️💨🌀

Well, that was my Mercury Retrograde lesson. I’m sure there was more I digested during the last few weeks, but this is what really came through. I know that once I can actually trust tf out of myself, more of the Universe will shine its light on me. 🔥🦋🔥

I always feel melancholy as the seasons change. Autumn is refreshing but nerve wrecking. I’m not ready to bundle under layers of clothing that tug at my hair… yet, I long for that snuggles feeling. That shift into cooler weather, earlier sunsets and the thicker presence of darkness. I suppose all I can do is stay warm and trust that the longer days will come soon enough.

I guess I do look forward to whipping out my own version of with some Clove essential oils which is known for it’s warming, anti microbial (to ward off against the Fall germs), and supportive properties for your lung health.

However, there are (and always have been) attacks on the LGBTQ+ community within the CIS-tem (system) which makes it very hard for our LGBTQ+ family to celebrate their truest identity/form. To our trans and non-binary friends, family, and Framily (including all the magical children) who are just trying to be who tf they are… We see, love, and celebrate you. Sorry our world is such a piece of s**t and treats you anything less than the incredible beauties that you are.

Being seen and celebrating your true self and identity is a PRIVILEGE. Not all of us LGTBQ+ people can be “proud” to be who they are in the real world during Pride month, let alone any month! Remember THAT this Pride. Yea, love is love and all that corporate jazz… but at the end of the day, Trans and Non-Binary people are killed, tormented, and denied so many basic “rights” on the daily simply by showing up in public spaces and shining as bright as they are.
