days like today make me realize how much I love fitness while doing it with the crazy ones who love it just like me!

I must admit…I’m missing the stage and all that comes with it. Life is a rollercoaster ride and while I miss the prep, sweat, tears and smiles of prepping for a show, my life has a few different priorities right now. The stage will always be there and will be waiting for when I’m ready to step on again, because I 100% will. However, it’s time to focus on school, studying, work and plan for our wedding in June 2023!!
I have to remind myself to enjoy this time just as much as I enjoy prepping for a show. It’s a different part of my life and I need to be present and soak it all in. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still training, doing cardio, tracking my food but all within moderation. We still have goals!!!!
I thank my coaches Stephanie McHugh WBFF Pro] and Team Dynasty💎] for being there for me with my constant schedule changes and being nothing but supportive..but one thing that will never change is I’ll never stop training.

I said YES! 💍
The afternoon of December 5, 2021 Jay planned us an afternoon ice skating at Rockefeller Center. I have always wanted to ice skating at Christmas time in New York and I was so excited to finally do so! Little did I know what else he had planned.
He had told me he purchased the VIP tickets and there was a photographer that will be taking photos of us. As they called everyone off the ice, so they could clean it, he told me they were going to take our photo by the tree. I thought nothing of it, just told him to hurry so we can get off. Well, as we were the only ones on the ice I hear our song play “I Like Me Better” and thought it was so sweet as it was just our 5 year anniversary. As we were dancing on the ice, no one around just us..he told me to look up. I saw my family and his and all of our friends and as I turned around, I was in complete shock. There he was, asking me to spend the rest of our lives together. It couldn’t have been anymore perfect.

Hi 👋🏼 just popping by to say hello and Happy Monday. I have been MIA for a bit but super busy as I decided to go back to school and going back to work. It’s taken some adjusting since the past year and a half has been the complete opposite.

I would be lying if I said it was easy. My days have completely changed and now while I make studying and work a priority, I will always make sure to schedule in my workouts and spend time with family and friends. I’m here to tell you we all aren’t perfect, I haven’t hit all my workout goals and my nutrition has definitely been slacking. We’re all human and won’t always be perfect- however it’s the effort and awareness that’s important.

I want to thank my amazing boyfriend for picking up the slack at home. It’s an adjustment for you just as it is for me and I wouldn’t be able to do it without your support. Next, I want to thank my coaches and for being there every step of the way. My schedule is constantly changing and they have been nothing but supportive and always there for whatever I may need.

The key is to always show up, no matter how hard it may be. This is the time where discipline kicks in. Give yourself credit and keep on pushing forward!! ✨

Show weekend in Dallas was one for the books! ✨ it was an honor to be there and support all the athletes and my Dynasty family. A huge congratulations to all the new pros, welcome to the family!
I had a smile on my face all weekend long. There was so much happiness and love flowing through the room. There truly is nothing like the WBFF.
