🚨 WHAT WOULD YOU DO?! 🚨

You recently opened up to a close friend and told her that you’re bald and wear wigs. The conversation went AMAZING, she was so supportive, understanding, and made you feel completely safe… 💗

Fast forward a few weeks… you’re at a party with that SAME friend when a group of people start talking about where they get their hair done. Suddenly, she blurts out:

“Marcy doesn’t have a hairstylist because she wears wigs… because she’s bald.” 😳

UMMMM… EXCUSE ME?! 👀

Do you…
🏃‍♀️ Run away and leave the party?
😤 Confront her right then and there?
🗣️ Pull her aside and explain why that wasn’t okay?
💔 End the friendship?
🤷‍♀️ Try to brush it off and move on?

Was it an innocent mistake, or did she seriously cross a boundary?

It might sound strange to someone who has never experienced hair loss, but wearing wigs has helped me to focus LESS on my hair (and more on my life 🥹).

“I lost over 200 pounds and with that sadly came hair loss. I tried extensions, but the cost was insane and it was only “covering up” the issue. I kept paying more as my hair kept falling out. I finally removed them and decided to work on my hair and getting it to grow back, but I also lost my confidence.
 
I gained confidence from weight loss, but now my hair was ruining it. So I found myself down a rabbit hole of wigs online and started with a synthetic one. I loved the look, but it wasn’t realistic enough to wear in public.
 
I kept researching and buying from different brands, that is brands that actually sell a large head, and I still didn’t find “the one”, and that is until I saw a video of Natalie speaking about how she started her brand due to sizing, comfort, and wanting something she felt wasn’t available.
 
So I bit the bullet and bought iconic. Which I ended up wearing on vacation to Disney, the beach, Bahamas, etc. It withheld amazingly and when I washed it, it was just like when I first bought it.
 
I ordered a second one and can’t wait for that one to come as well. I just love these wigs and the confidence they gave back to me!”
