Elevate your hair-oiling ritual with gentle mechanical stimulation — A silicone scalp massager helps distribute oil across the scalp while applying controlled pressure to the skin. Use slow movements and light pressure to avoid pulling on hair.

Hair loss is full of misinformation. Here are the facts your scalp actually needs. 🍃

These photos were shared with us by one of our customers. The top photo was taken on March 28, before she began using The Ritual Set. We officially launched at the end of April, she received her package at the beginning of May, stayed consistent with her routine, and the bottom photo was taken on July 11.

She recently told us:

“I can’t tell you how much it means to me that I found this product and that my hair is actually growing back. I was literally at my wit’s end, always in tears. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Reading those words reminded us exactly why we started Tawil Beauty. Watching someone regain confidence after struggling with severe thinning hair is something we’ll never take for granted.

Thank you for trusting us with your journey, Holly. 🤍

Your scalp is skin, and healthy-looking hair starts there.

Hydrate first. Then nourish. That simple shift can make all the difference. Our two-step ritual was designed to care for your scalp the same way skincare cares for your face—because the foundation matters. 🤍🌿

5 of the 15 oils & extracts inside our Tawil Beauty® by Jessica Tawil 🌿 Infusion Oil. 🌿

Not every botanical belongs in a hair oil. We chose each one with intention—and every ingredient has a purpose.

✨ Black Cumin Seed Oil – Rich in thymoquinone, a well-studied botanical recognized for its antioxidant properties and its role in scalp comfort and reducing visible shedding.

✨ Pumpkin Seed Oil – One of the few botanical oils that has been investigated in human clinical trials for pattern hair loss, with promising results.

✨ Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) – A skincare favorite chosen to help support the scalp barrier, because healthy-looking hair starts with a healthy scalp.

✨ Rosemary Verbenone – Our refined rosemary essential oil, selected for its role in scalp care and because rosemary has been studied as part of the hair growth conversation.

✨ Meadowfoam Seed Oil – A luxurious, highly stable oil that delivers lightweight nourishment while helping the formula feel silky—not greasy.

And this is only 5 of the 15 oils and botanical extracts inside our Infusion Oil. Every ingredient was selected to work together as part of a thoughtfully balanced formula—not as a collection of trending ingredients. 🤍

If you’ve been oiling your hair consistently but still aren’t seeing the results you expected, this could be why. Hair oil is incredible for nourishing, softening, and helping seal in moisture—but it doesn’t actually hydrate your scalp or hair. Just like skincare, hydration should come first. Your hair is made up of about 95% keratin protein, and protein needs water to stay healthy, flexible, and resilient. That’s why we designed our ritual as a two-step system: The Hair Prepping Mist delivers water-based hydration with peptides and humectants, then The Infusion Oil helps lock that moisture in while nourishing the scalp. Hydrate first. Nourish second. Once you understand the difference, your entire hair routine changes. 💚 Save this post for your next oiling day and share it with someone who needs to see it.

What the research is actually saying about hair oiling. —Botanicals. Data. No gimmicks.

DHT (dihydrotestosterone) is a naturally occurring hormone derived from testosterone, but in genetically susceptible individuals, it can gradually shrink hair follicles over time. This process, known as miniaturization, shortens the hair growth cycle and causes each new strand to grow back finer and less visible than the last. That’s why many researchers have become interested in botanicals traditionally associated with supporting scalp health and helping reduce the effects of DHT on vulnerable follicles. Ingredients such as pumpkin seed oil, rosemary, black cumin seed, saw palmetto, and green tea contain naturally occurring compounds that have been studied for their potential to help maintain a healthier scalp environment and support the appearance of fuller, denser-looking hair. While they are not a cure for hair loss, these botanicals have become a growing area of interest in hair science due to their ability to work alongside the scalp’s natural biology. ✨

Research on androgenetic alopecia suggests that supporting follicle health early may help preserve the appearance of hair density over time.
