What a privilege to celebrate Glasswing International and the inspiring honorees who are creating meaningful change across New York City, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

I came into the evening knowing a little about Glasswing International. I left with a much deeper appreciation for the work they’re doing and the lives they’re touching.

What especially resonated with me was their commitment to education, youth empowerment, and mental health. Because when we invest in people and give them the tools and opportunities to thrive, the impact goes far beyond one individual.

And their work speaks for itself.

📚 In 2025, 73% of students participating in their math initiative advanced at least one learning level.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Through their SanaMente initiative, more than 72,000 frontline workers have received training to recognize trauma and support emotional well-being, helping create safer, more compassionate communities.

But beyond the statistics, what moves me most is the belief behind their work: that everyone deserves an opportunity to realize their potential.

That’s something I hold close to my heart.

I’ve always believed in the power of confidence, courage, and resilience. And the more I learn, the more I recognize how important it is that people have the support, safety, and opportunities to develop those qualities.

Because potential is everywhere. Opportunity isn’t.

And that’s why organizations like Glasswing matter.

Thank you for the reminder that meaningful change happens when compassion meets action. ❤️

I left inspired, grateful, and genuinely curious about how I can get more involved.

We rise by lifting others. 💫

Youth empowerment, mental health, courage, resilience, community

What a wonderful weekend learning and connecting. 💫

Starting with a walk through Central Park with YVO | Weighted Vests for Women and Tamsen Fadal whose work I’ve admired for such a long time. I tried to play it cool. ❤️😂

“What if your most meaningful years are still ahead of you?”

And then there was Dr. Stacy T. Sims interviewing Jane Fonda, which was deeply inspiring.

Jane is 88 and has this extraordinary vitality, curiosity, wit, and fire about her. She’s lived so much, stood for so much, and still shows up with such conviction and energy.

And Bobbi Brown founder & makeup artist was such a reminder that success doesn’t have to come at the expense of what matters most.

Continuing conversations on women’s health ✨

“You give me energy and motivation. That’s why I keep coming back.” 💫

Because at this stage of life, you’re not interested in workouts that just make you tired.

You need energy.
Strength.
A nervous system that isn’t running the show.
And the kind of confidence that makes you think, “Yep. I can handle this.”

Because midlife can come with a few plot twists.

Hormones shift.
Careers change.
Relationships change.
Priorities change.

And you? You get to change too.

Not by becoming someone else.

By becoming stronger, steadier, and more capable of meeting whatever comes next.

And ideally, have a good time doing it.

If you’re ready to feel like yourself again, DM READY NOW. 🤍

Note to self:
Your new life is going to cost you the old one.

I am ready for the trade.

Today’s my birthday. And I’ll do a “release & call in” with you all, if I want to!

I’m releasing the version of me who negotiated with her own dreams like they were an option. She was scared and small and she worked really hard. Thank you, next.

I’m calling in an abundance of energy, money, love, health, connection, opportunities, all of it, without a single apology attached.

Your turn, baddie. Comment one thing you’re releasing and one thing you’re calling in. The universe is listening. And so am I. ❤️

I taught yoga this evening for a Women’s Network event at a top investment bank on the 41st floor. 🏙️

The most successful woman in the room told me after class that yoga was hard for her. She was new to it. Brand new.

Here’s what nobody tells you about confidence: It’s not a feeling. It’s not a vibe. It’s not something you conjure up in the shower or pep-talk yourself into the mirror (we’ve all done it, no shame).

It’s a receipt. You get one every time you do the hard, uncomfortable, you-might-fail thing… and survive it.

This woman? Successful in most rooms she walks into, and yet still nervous to try a yoga pose in front of her colleagues. Showed up anyway. Did the thing anyway. Was proud of herself and had fun anyway.

That’s the whole practice: showing up for the hard thing and staying in the room when it’s uncomfortable. Not fancy poses that look great on camera.

Ladies, we are out here doing this with the odds stacked against us, so “showing up scared” isn’t optional. It’s the job. And it’s a whole lot easier when you’re doing it in a room full of women who’ve got your back.

That’s the whole game: do the hard thing, collect your receipt. 💫

So here’s my question for you: what’s the hard thing you’ve been avoiding?

Stand confidently, yoga, wellness, women supporting women, courage

Rise and grind💪🏽! Don't let your mind talk you out of it - just roll out of bed, throw on your leggings, and get ready to train.🤸🏻‍♀️ No rationalizing “I’m too tired, I’m too sore, I don’t have enough time.” Even if you do the bare minimum, it’s worth it. Let’s do this! 💥

Real Talk: The biggest challenge you're actually facing in handstands?

(Besides gravity.) 🤸🏻‍♀️

For many, it’s negative self-talk.

It can be frustrating to fail, to experience shortcomings or setbacks. Especially when you’re working so hard to achieve a goal you set for yourself.

But that kind of thinking stops us from trying new things and makes us feel bad about ourselves. It’s important to remember that this voice isn't real - it's just your mind trying to protect you from being hurt.

In these moments, instead of criticizing yourself, with thoughts of “you’re not good enough” or “you can’t do it”, give yourself some encouragement, just like you would a friend. You wouldn’t say “you’re no good” or “you’re too old/fat/dumb/etc.” to a friend when they’re trying hard but come up short, right?

Well, the same should apply to you!

When you’re feeling down, talk to yourself the same way you would comfort your dearest friend.

💫 Remember: you’re skillful, intelligent, capable, loving, beautiful, and confident.

❤️ Drop the encouraging words you’d tell your friend (and yourself) in the comments below, and let’s all pick each other up!
