She's Into Wellness

The inception of She’s Into Wellness was based on creating a diverse experience within the wellness community, centered around mental health, underpinning the brand’s cultural awareness. Slowly, the idea behind SIW expanded beyond posting on social media to providing tangible takeaways (i.e. that women could easily incorporate into their daily routines. We noticed the importance of creating room for Black/melanated women within wellness as it is a part of our journey. We believe that wellness is the commitment to heal the body, which will subsequently bring a sense of happiness.
