✨ Banded Pull-Ups – Build strength through your back, shoulders, and arms. Start with a heavier band and gradually work your way to lighter assistance as you get stronger.
✨ Barbell Shoulder Press – Develop strong, defined shoulders that look amazing in every dress silhouette.
✨ Cable Tricep Pushdowns – Strengthen and tone the back of your arms while improving upper-body strength.
Complete 3 rounds of each exercise and don’t be afraid to push the reps. Building strength (and muscle) is what creates that sculpted look. 💪
