I always tell my children, “Show up for yourself everyday.” That doesn’t mean you need to move mountains and change the world everyday. Sometimes, “showing up” means getting out of your pjs, taking a shower, throwing on some comfy clothes, and taking a short walk, or finding a park bench to sit on, or a spot in the grass to soak in the birds song and breeze. Showing up for yourself is a way of telling yourself that you’re worth it and you love yourself. It’s also a beautiful way of showing God that you’re grateful for each day. Even if that means having a really productive day at home, and productivity may we checking off things on your To Do list or catching up on rest! Love you. ☀️✨

As a remote worker, I work better outside. I like to hear city noise around me as I ease deeply into my work.
